EMBEDDING LOVE OF CHILDREN THROUGH POSAS (POSTER TOKOH SASTRA INDONESIA)

Abstract

Literature and children are two things that have a different distance. Literature is no longer familiar to children. The world of education now needs a suitable medium to improve the child's sense to love literature. The purpose of this paper is to review the development of posters of Indonesian literary figures that can be used as a medium of literary learning. with the emergence of new learning media and attract children began to re-like and familiar to literature. In this paper, a posters named as POSAS (Poster Tokoh Sastra Indonesia), which contains a glimpse of Indonesian literary figures from each period. Literary figures are selected based on the division of generation. Poster display consists of  literary figures identity, origin of literary figures, the literay work, description of the emergence of works and  the self portrait of the  literary figures.
