PERFORMANCE PAUD TEACHER POST-ACCREDITATION IN TKIT MUTHMAINNAH BANDUNG CITY

Abstract


Early childhood education have being grown very rapidly, along with the understanding from society about the importance of that kind of education. As it can be seen from so many PAUD institutions have increased lately, either in the countryside or in the cities. However, the big amount of those PAUD institutions also give the society benefit of doubts about the quality of learning program, the running of learning process, and evaluation of education that have being held in those institutions. To minimize the indication of malpractice on those implementation of early childhood education, the government made rules roll on. All those rules about expediency appraisal of institution quality, through in accreditation program. Appraisal of accreditation program including Eight Standarts of Education National that was contained in Government Laws No. 20 of year 2003 about National Education System, Chapter XVI Part Two Article 60 Clause 1. These eight standarts can be classified to become two parts, there are evaluation of teacher performance dan school management. This research of case study examined the work performance of PAUD teacher post-accreditation in TKIT Muthmainnah Bandung City academic year 2017/2018 that effected directly to the students, either in planning, implementation or evaluation of education.
