Abstract

The value of character education is one aspect that must be owned by every child. Both students and university students. Through character education the child can learn to control himself. Currently character education education has been intensely intensified in schools. Character Education Through Novel Pak Guru Karya Awang Surya is part of character building through literary works aimed to describe the character education model that makes the teacher as a model. The character education model contained in the novel has complex differences with other novels. The novel focuses on aspects of real life of the teacher. Knowledge of character education in the novel will indirectly change the character that can be started from the teachers themselves and their students
