Abstract

Differentiated learning has become a primary focus in efforts to enhance students' learning motivation and critical thinking skills. This research reveals interesting findings on the impact of this approach on paradigm shifts in the educational world, taking into account the important values for the Indonesian nation. Through the integration of Pancasila values and the Pancasila Student Profile, differentiated learning is able to stimulate learning motivation and critical thinking skills in students. The research method used in the study is SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Data sources were obtained by reviewing previous studies with the same topic as this research. This study uses 10 articles from national journals found on Google Scholar within the last 10 years. The results of this study show that the differentiated learning approach has a significant impact on students' learning motivation and critical thinking skills. The analysis of relevant literature also shows a consistent pattern in improving learning motivation and strengthening critical thinking skills through learning strategies that are responsive to the individual needs of students, making an important contribution to creating a learning environment that can stimulate students' holistic development.
