ENGLISH IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE FORMATION OF WORLD CITIZENS

Abstract

English is an international language that is used as a means of communication between users spread across various countries in the world. The roles of English among countries are varied. They are included in inner, outer and expanding circle, it is based on the role in several countries. English is also as a global language in which most of the countries used English as a means of communication. By this the term World citizen arised, in some contexts,it may refer to an ethics or political philosophy in which the core social, political, economic and environmental realities of the world today must be addressed at all levels by individuals, civil society organizations, communities and nation states through global lens. Due to this concept there arises one word culture which refer to some product that can be got in any countries. The world citizens will be  gained when we have insight and understanding, skills and understanding of values and attitudes.
