OPTIMALISASI KEUNTUNGAN UMKM “PAPEDA & TELUR GULUNG KANG EDY” MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM LINEAR BULAT DENGAN BANTUAN PROGRAM POM QM

Abstract


Papeda and Telur Gulung Kang Edy is one of the micro businesses that produces types of food thatare currently favored by various groups. Every micro business that is built certainly has a goal toobtain maximum profits. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of production of papeda,telur gulung original, telur gulung sosis, telur gulung puyuh and telur gulung bakso in order toachieve maximum profit. This problem is solved using spherical linear programs with the help of thePOM-QM program. The constraints considered in this issue include the availability of chicken eggs,quail eggs, sausages, meatballs, vermicelli, flour and public buying interest in each product. Theresults of this study show that the number of papeda, telur gulung original, telur gulung sosis,telur gulung puyuh, and telur gulung bakso that must be produced consecutively are 131 papedaproduction, 151 telur gulung original skewers, 216 telur gulung sosis skewers, 1069 telur gulungpuyuh skewers, and 234 telur gulung bakso skewers with a maximum profit of Rp. 960,871.
