PRILAKU ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MATEMATIKA TARUNA STUDI KASUS DI AKADEMI MARITIM NUSANTARA CILACAP

Abstract


This study seeks to describe the cognitive abilities of mathematics students in solving mathematical problems that distinguish 4 different classes of 30 cadets. The study aims to draw the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on increasing the mathematical abilities of cadets. Research using a cross-sectional approach and measurement of ability by means of tests and OCB were measured by questionnaire. The research results show that OCB will improve mathematical ability with a value of P = 0.00.
