ANALISIS DAMPAK PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN KECAMATAN TERHADAP PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN DI KABUPATEN KONAWE

Abstract

Poverty is the most complex and chronic problem, therefore, to overcome the problem of poverty, appropriate analysis involving all components of problem and appropriate, sustainable and permanent solving strategy are needed. This study is carried out in the Subdistrict of Bondoala and Soropia, Konawe District because these two sub-district of the aid from the Sub-district Development Program (PKK). The data for this study were primary data obtained through interviews with 82heads of family (KK) in Bondoala Sub-district and 86 heads of family in Soropia Sub-district. The data obtained were analyzed by means of logic model. The result of this study reveals that the probability of the variable of economic facility in eliminating poverty is 14 times bigger and the success of the variable of job opportunity in eliminating poverty is 24 times bigger compared to the success may be achieved without job provision program in Soropia Sub-district.The probability of success of the success in eliminating poverty through the basic social facility provision program is 7times bigger than the success mybe achieved without this program. In conclusion, the provision of basic social facility, economic facility and job opportunity through the Subdistrict Development Program has a positive impact on poverty elimination in the Subdistrict of Bondoala and Soropia.
