RANTAI PASOK IKAN NILA (Oreochromis Niloticus) DI KABUPATEN WONOGIRI DENGAN PENDEKATAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to find out the mechanism of tilapia supply chain in Wonogiri Regency, to know the factors, actors, objectives and alternative scenarios to form efficient supply chain management. The method used in this study is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research was conducted in August-September 2019 with interviews using a questionnaire of 5 expert respondents who knew deeply about the supply chain of tilapia in Wonogiri Regency. The results of this study, the structure of the tilapia supply chain in Wonogiri Regency consists of several levels of actors ranging from fish farmers, collectors, retailers and consumers. There are 5 factors making up the supply chain, product availability is the first priority with a value of 0.313. There are 5 supply chain actors, traders are the first priority with a value of 0.325. There are 5 objectives in the tilapia supply chain, the sustainability of the business of fish farmers and traders is the first priority with a value of 0.382. There are 5 alternative scenarios available, transparency of cooperation between parties becomes the first alternative scenario with a value of 0.414.
